Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@shopsweetcurves.com and we’ll make it better! Please review our updated policy below.
🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a refund, but a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
💡 Why? Payment processors like Shopify Payments and PayPal charge us a nonrefundable transaction fee (about 5%) for every order placed—even if it’s cancelled. We don’t get this fee back.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
✏️ Change Order Info
If you need to update your shipping address or product selection, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’re happy to help—but changes after this period may not be possible, and incorrect addresses will void any replacement or refund eligibility.
Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.

🔁 Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange, your items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Free from stains, odors, pet hair

In original packaging, with all tags and liners attached
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
💼 Restocking Fee (10%)
All returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
💡 Why? Returned products must be carefully inspected, repackaged, and restocked by hand. In many cases, if items don’t meet our strict quality standards for resale, they are donated instead of resold. This fee helps cover the labor, materials, and potential loss from donated items—allowing us to continue offering fair prices and great service to all customers.
This fee does not apply to exchanges.

❗ Final Sale Items
Products marked Last Call or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll determine if it meets our return criteria.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

If not approved, we’ll notify you by email with the reason for denial.
The exact refund amount will be credited to the original payment method as previously discussed and agreed upon via email—handled on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the situation, a 5% transaction fee and/or 10% restocking fee may apply.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
