More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at and we’ll make it right!


 We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 6 hours. Every cancellation request which is raised later than 6 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted.

However, please be well-informed that if you cancel order, 30% of your total order value should be charged for the cancellation because we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fee on Paypal/Stripe.


If you realize you have made an error in shipping address or purchasing, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.

Please be noted that: we can only change your order information within 12 hours. You, the customer will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided within 12 hours. 

Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.

Finding the perfect bras can be tough. Luckily, with our 100% Fit Guarantee, you have 30 days to get easy returns for full refund* or free exchanges for another size, product. Underwear can be returned for store credit only.

  • To receive a full refund or exchange, products must be:
    • In perfect condition, (not damaged) unworn, unwashed, free of stains and pet hair.
    • Inside original packaging, with all merchandise tags and liners attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

  • Note:
    • * You will be refunded for the full amount paid on the Sweet Curves product(s) you purchased. You will not be refunded for Package Protection or shipping. 
    • All US territory orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • All items purchased from Last Call are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Exchanges are not available to international customers.
    • We are not responsible for any orders returned without a shipping label provided by us.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note the original shipping charge (orders less than $70) is non-refundable.
